2022 GENERAL ELECTION UPDATE

The City of Heath General Election called for May 7 for the purpose of electing Mayor and two Council Members for Places 3 and 5 has been cancelled.

Mayor Kelson Elam, Donna Rolater, Place 3, and Jim Chester, Place 5, filed appropriate paperwork to appear on the ballot and all three were uncontested in their races. The three candidates will take the Oath of Office at the City Council meeting on May 10, and we thank them for their service!

NOTE: There will still be an election on May 7 for Constitutional Amendments and the Rockwall Independent School District, followed by a May 24 Primary Election Runoff. You can find additional information at rockwallvotes.com.
