Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, March 29, 2010 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, TX.

At such time and place, the Board will hear and take action on the application of Blake and Marilea James, owners of Lot 1 in Block B (1814 Morrish Ln.), a zero-lot line property in The Enclave at Buffalo Creek addition, a Townhouse zoning district. The Applicants are requesting an 8’ variance to §159.25(F)(7)(a) of the Code of Ordinances that requires a15’ min. rear setback.

All interested citizens of the City are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Special Notice has been given to all property owners lying within 200’ of the subject property.
