Notice is hereby given that the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission will hold two public hearings at a meeting that begins at 7:00 PM on Tues., Feb. 9, 2010 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. and;

Further, notice is hereby given that the Heath City Council will hold two public hearings at a meeting that begins at 7:30 PM on Tues., Feb. 16, 2010 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive.

The Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the Applications of:

1.) Naser Abusaad, owner, who requests a Conditional Use Permit for a detached accessory structure (guest house/garage) 2,070 sq. ft. in area and 17’ in height built of like materials and design as the residence on Lot 18, Hills of Buffalo Creek, Heath, Rockwall County (1717 Bison Meadow Lane); and

2.) Jed Dolson on behalf of McCrummen Estates, LTD. who requests a zoning change from Planned Development (PD) to Single-Family (SF-22) Residential Zoning in order to develop 67 residential lots on 52.003 acres in the J. Canter Survey A-53, Heath in Rockwall County. The subject property is located on Hubbard Drive southwest of the intersection of FM 740 and FM 1140.

All interested citizens of the City are invited to attend these public hearings and participate in the same. Special Notice has been given to all property owners lying within two hundred (200) feet of the proposed changes as required by applicable state law.
